Every plan or service on your account is listed under Services in the client portal, at https://my.oogle.net/client/services/. Each one has a status that tells you where it stands, and tabs at the top sort them by status.

What each status means

StatusColorWhat it means
ActiveGreenThe service is running.
PendingAmberThe service has been added but isn't running yet, usually because it's still being set up.
In ReviewAmberThe service is waiting on a check before it goes ahead. If it stays this way, ask us.
SuspendedRedThe service is paused. The usual reason is an overdue invoice.
CanceledRedThe service has ended.

There are tabs for Active, Pending, Suspended and Canceled. In Review is a label you may see on a service rather than a tab of its own.

You may also see a notice on a service:

  • "This service was suspended on …" gives the date it was suspended. The Suspended tab has a Date Suspended column too.
  • "scheduled to be canceled on …" means a cancellation has been arranged and the service keeps running until that date.

View a service

  1. Sign in at https://my.oogle.net/client/login/.
  2. Select Services in the left menu, or View services on the Dashboard.
  3. Select the tab you need: Active, Pending, Suspended or Canceled.
  4. Find the service and select Manage.
  5. Read the details on the Information tab. The page heading reads "Manage", then the package and service names.

Renewing early

An active service may show Renew Now. Use it if you'd like to renew before the next due date. You don't have to: plans are billed monthly in advance, and an invoice is issued for each period. See How billing, due dates and renewals work.

What you can't do here

  • Change your plan or term. Open a Billing & Account ticket and tell us what you'd like to change.
  • Cancel. There's no cancel button in the portal. Email [email protected]. See How to cancel a plan or service.
  • Change hosting settings. There's no hosting control panel in the portal. Open a Website Support ticket and our team makes the change.

You'll know it worked when

You can see your plan on one of the tabs, and selecting Manage opens a page headed "Manage" with the plan's name and an Information tab.

If something looks wrong

  • Your plan isn't on the Active tab. Check Pending, Suspended and Canceled.
  • A service is Pending for longer than you expected. Open a Website Support ticket and pick the service in Related Service.
  • A service is Suspended. Check Billing for an open invoice and pay it. If it's still suspended after you've paid, open a Billing & Account ticket. See Why a service is suspended and how to restore it.
  • A service shows "scheduled to be canceled" and you didn't ask for that. Contact us straight away by phone on 833-336-6453 or at [email protected].
  • You don't recognize a service. Open a Billing & Account ticket and ask. Include the service name as it appears in the list.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change my plan or billing term in the portal?

No. You can't change a service's term or package yourself. Open a Billing & Account ticket and tell us what you'd like.

What does Renew Now do?

It lets you renew an active service early, before its next due date.

Why is my service suspended?

The most common reason is an unpaid invoice: services are suspended 3 days after the due date. See Why a service is suspended and how to restore it.
