On this page
Oogle plans are billed monthly in advance, starting from the date your service starts. Each month has an invoice with a due date, which you'll find under Billing in the client portal. If an invoice isn't paid, the service it's for is suspended 3 days after the due date.
The basics
- Monthly, in advance. You pay for each month at the start of it. The cycle runs from your service's start date.
- No minimum term and no setup fee. This applies to both Website Care and Website Care Plus.
- Cancel anytime. Email [email protected]. Your service runs to the end of the period you've paid for. See How to cancel a plan or service.
- Price changes are announced first. We tell you at least 30 days before a price change that affects your plan.
- Website Care Plus ownership. On Website Care Plus, the website is yours after 12 completed monthly payments.
- Extra work is quoted first. Work outside your plan, such as a redesign, a new feature or an integration, is quoted before it starts. See View and approve a quote.
Check your next due date
- Sign in at https://my.oogle.net/client/login/.
- Select Billing in the left menu.
- Look at the Open tab. Any invoice there is unpaid, and its due date is shown on the invoice.
- Select View to see the full invoice.
- To see a service's details, select Services, find it, and select Manage.
What happens if an invoice isn't paid
- The invoice stays on the Open tab after its due date.
- Three days after the due date, the service is suspended. It moves to the Suspended tab under Services, with a notice that reads "This service was suspended on …".
- Paying the overdue invoice is how to lift the suspension. See Why a service is suspended and how to restore it.
Avoid a suspension
Pay each invoice by its due date. If you can't pay on time, open a Billing & Account ticket before the due date and tell us.
Renewing early
An active service may show Renew Now in the portal. You can use it to renew before the next due date. It's optional.
You can't change a service's term or package yourself. To switch plans or change your billing, open a Billing & Account ticket.
You'll know it worked when
Your Open tab under Billing is empty or shows only invoices that aren't due yet, and your services are on the Active tab under Services.
If something doesn't look right
- You were charged an amount you didn't expect. Open the invoice with View and check its lines. If it still doesn't look right, open a Billing & Account ticket with the invoice number.
- Your service was suspended though you think you paid. Check Transactions at https://my.oogle.net/client/transactions/. If the payment is Approved and the service is still suspended, open a Billing & Account ticket.
- You want to change your billing date. It follows your start date and can't be changed in the portal. Ask in a Billing & Account ticket.
- You didn't get an invoice email. Every invoice is in the portal under Billing whether or not the email reached you. Copies of portal emails are in Email History: see Find emails we've sent you.
Next steps
- Pay an invoice.
- Add or update a card or bank account.
