Look first
We find out what's wrong before quoting a fix, and what your business needs before quoting a build.
Often there's a cheaper answer than the one you came in asking for. We'll say so.
Do the work
On proven technology, chosen so it'll still be maintainable in five years.
Anything significant gets built and tested on a copy before it touches your live site.
Keep it running
Updates, backups, monitoring, and someone who already knows your site when you call.
Built so another developer could pick it up. Your hosting and your domain are in your name. On project work the code is yours once it's paid for; on the Website Design monthly plan the site is released after 12 monthly payments.
Things we won't do.
- Quote a redesign for something a two-hour fix would solve.
- Sell you a bigger server when the site itself is the problem.
- Hold your hosting or your domain to make leaving difficult.
- Promise a ranking or an AI answer that nobody controls.
- Put a junior on your emergency because the senior is busy.
