Website Care is $199 a month, flat, and hosting is included. It is month to month: there is no long-term contract, and you can stop at any time.

Managed hosting and a CDN, software updates tested on a copy of the site before they go live, security hardening, malware scanning and a web application firewall, off-site backups that are actually restored and tested, performance kept in shape, hack recovery if the site is compromised while under our care, analytics and conversion tracking connected and configured so you can see where visitors come from and which of them do something that matters, two Quick Fixes a month, and preferred development rates for additional work. Outages, hosting problems and restores are handled around the clock; development and sales run in business hours. A Quick Fix is a small change of about fifteen minutes or less; they don't roll over and they aren't development time. What Website Care covers.

Website Care Plus starts at $499 a month, with no large bill at the start. That is where a straightforward business site starts; a bigger build costs more a month, and we tell you the figure before anything begins. The plan is everything in Website Care, plus design, development and SEO: the website itself, ongoing design and development with three hours of work a month, onsite SEO, and the Google setup a new site needs: Analytics, Search Console, sitemap submission and conversion tracking, plus help with a Google Business Profile for a local or service business. We set those up properly; we do not promise a ranking, a Maps placement or a number of leads. Stores, portals, members areas and larger builds are quoted on their own after we have looked. Website Care looks after a website you already have. Website Care Plus is everything in Website Care, plus design, development and SEO: we build you a website and then stay your web team: everything in Website Care, plus the website itself, its Google setup at launch (Analytics, Search Console, sitemap submission, conversion tracking, and a Business Profile for a local business), three hours of development a month in place of Care's two Quick Fixes, and onsite SEO. Both plans measure the site; only Design sets up the Google presence of a new one. After 12 monthly payments the website is yours, and from then on you can stay on the plan, move down to Website Care, or take the site elsewhere.

Yes. A broken, slow or hacked site, a WordPress or WooCommerce problem, a migration, an integration or a piece of custom development does not need a plan. We diagnose it, tell you what is wrong and what it will cost, and start when you say so. Nothing is billed before you have heard the number. Get Website Help.

Yes. If the site is down, showing an error or has been hacked, Get Website Help is the fastest path: describe what you are seeing and a real person looks at it. Don't delete plugins or restore an old backup first; you'll lose the evidence of what happened. For a site under Website Care, hack recovery is already included.

After 12 monthly service payments, you do, outright: stay on the plan, move down to Website Care, or take the website to another provider and we help you move it. Before those 12 payments are made, stopping the service ends the service; the website itself does not transfer. There is no long-term contract either way. Your own text, images, logo and customer data are yours throughout, on every arrangement, and our terms set it out in full.
