Two plans and a quote.
Two things have a published price. Everything else is looked at first and quoted in writing, because we won't put a number on work we haven't seen.
You hear the number before anything starts, on a plan or off it. Plan clients get preferred rates on work beyond what their plan includes.

Two are plans with a published price. The third is most of what we do. Some of it runs once and some of it runs every month, and none of it has a price until we have looked at it.

Website Care
$199 per month
You already have a website.
- Managed hosting and a CDN, so the site is fast wherever it is opened from
- WordPress, plugin and theme updates, applied and checked
- Security hardening, malware scanning and a web application firewall
- Off-site backups, kept somewhere separate from the site
- Performance kept in shape
- If it is ever hacked while we are looking after it, putting it right is included
- Two Quick Fixes a month: small changes of about fifteen minutes or less, and they don't roll over
Website Design
From $499 per month
You need a website built.

- A website built for your business, not a template with your logo dropped in
- Built around the branding you already have
- Three hours of development work every month, instead of Care's Quick Fixes
- Onsite SEO, kept up rather than done once
- The website is yours after 12 monthly payments
Work beyond the plan is quoted first and billed at preferred client rates. Anything that does not fit either plan is quoted on its own, one-off or monthly. Request a quote

Both are month to month. Stop when you want.

Ownership. Website Design has one extra term. After 12 monthly payments, the website is yours to keep or move. Stop before then and the service ends, but the website does not transfer.

Older or inherited site? We may suggest a short paid look first, so the estimate is based on your real site and not a guess. If part of a job cannot be priced yet, we say which part.

What changes the price.
Inherited code and unusual hosting are the biggest variable in most estimates.
A catalog and a checkout is a known quantity. Two-way sync with an ERP isn't.
