Understanding your client dashboard
The Dashboard at my.oogle.net/client/ is the first page you see after signing in. It shows where your services, invoices and support tickets stand, with buttons to open a ticket, view invoices and view services.
Applies to: Oogle client portal
On this page
Your Dashboard is the home page of the client portal, at https://my.oogle.net/client/. It's a summary: what services you have, what you owe and which support requests are open. Everything on it links to the page with the full details.
The welcome banner
At the top is a banner that reads "Welcome back," with your first name, and "Here is where your services, invoices and support requests stand today." It has three buttons:
- Open a ticket: start a new support request.
- View invoices: go to your invoices.
- View services: go to your list of services.
The summary cards
Below the banner are three cards: Services, Invoices and Tickets. Use them to see at a glance whether anything needs your attention, such as an open invoice or a ticket waiting for your reply.
The widgets
Further down are widgets that list recent items:
- Invoices: your recent invoices.
- Services: the plans and services on your account.
- Transactions: payments you've made. This is the quickest way to your payment history, because it isn't in the left menu.
- Quotations: quotes we've sent you for work that needs approval. You'll only see a quote here after we send one.
- Tickets: your support tickets.
The left menu
The sidebar has a Menu section:
- Dashboard brings you back here.
- Services lists your services, with tabs for each status.
- Support opens your Tickets.
- Billing opens your invoices.
The Account section has Manage Account, Payment Accounts, Contacts, Managers and Email History. At the bottom are Visit Oogle.net and Collapse sidebar, which shrinks the menu to give the page more room.
The top bar
- The Support button, with a lifebuoy icon, is a shortcut to support.
- The dark-mode switch changes the portal between light and dark.
- The account menu shows your name and email address. It repeats the Account links and ends with Log Out.
Find something from the Dashboard
- Sign in at https://my.oogle.net/client/login/.
- Look at the Services, Invoices and Tickets cards to see what needs attention.
- Select View invoices to see and pay what you owe, or View services to check a plan's status.
- Scroll down to the Transactions or Quotations widget if you're looking for a past payment or a quote.
- Select Open a ticket if you need our help.
You'll know it worked when
The page title area shows the welcome banner with your first name, and selecting a card, button or widget item takes you to the full page for it.
If something looks wrong
- You see the Log In page instead. Your session has ended. Sign in again; you'll come back to the Dashboard.
- A widget is empty. There's nothing to show yet. A new account often has no invoices, transactions or quotes.
- Your plan isn't listed. Check every tab under Services: a plan may be Pending, Suspended or Canceled. See Your services and what each status means.
- The menu labels have disappeared. The sidebar may be collapsed with Collapse sidebar. Look for the narrow sidebar on the left and expand it again.
- Someone else's name is in the account menu. Select Log Out and sign in with your own email address. If you share an account with a colleague, give them their own login instead: see Add contacts and invite someone to manage your account.
Next steps
