BUILD

WooCommerce built for a store that takes real orders.

Once a website handles money the standards change. Checkout has to work on a bad phone connection, stock has to be right, and someone has to answer when it isn't.

What we build in WooCommerce.

Store builds and rebuilds

Catalog structure, product templates, variations, filtering, search, and the parts of buying people actually use.

Checkout work

Fields, validation, addresses, express payment, guest checkout, and the friction that quietly costs you orders.

Payment gateways

Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net and the rest, plus the awkward ones: purchase orders, deposits, part payments, trade accounts.

Shipping, tax and fulfillment

Live rates, zones, weight and size rules, tax handling, labels, and handoff to whoever ships it.

Subscriptions

Renewals, failed payment recovery, plan changes, and the customer screens that keep support calls down.

Connecting to your other systems

Stock, pricing and orders shared with your ERP, accounting or warehouse software.

What's different about store work.

Every bug has a price attached

On a brochure site a broken form is annoying. On a store, a checkout that fails for one payment method on one browser is a number you can calculate, and it's usually bigger than the cost of finding it.

Checkout isn't where you get creative

Nearly every clever custom checkout idea makes conversion worse. People know how checkout works and want to get through it. When we do change it, it's to remove a field, add a payment method your customers use, or fix something that behaves badly on a phone.

What to expect

  1. We follow a real order end to end
  2. We find where orders are being lost
  3. We decide which system owns which fact

A catalog and a checkout is a known quantity. Two-way ERP sync and custom fulfillment isn't, and we'll scope that properly before quoting.

How we bill

Store build questions.

Should we be on WooCommerce or Shopify?

If you want a hosted platform, low technical involvement and standard commerce features, Shopify is a reasonable answer and we'll say so.

Can you migrate our store without losing order history?

Yes. Products, variations, customers, orders, coupons and URLs all migrate.

Can you make the store faster?

Usually. Stores get slow in specific places: cart updates, product filtering, the admin at month end. See website performance.

Quoted Services

A store is never a package. It gets a scope and a number before anything starts.

Quoted

Quoted after we look. One-off or monthly.
