SUPPORT
Somebody has to own the website. It doesn't have to be you.
Website management is a standing monthly arrangement. Everything maintenance covers, plus a plan for what the site needs next and the time each month to do it. One team responsible, instead of a developer, a host and an agency who each point at the other two.
Businesses where the website matters, nobody in-house wants to own it, and the current setup is a developer who sometimes replies, a host, a marketing agency and someone in the office who knows the password.
What management adds to maintenance.
Everything maintenance covers
Updates on staging, tested backups, monitoring, security, SSL and DNS.
A plan, reviewed regularly
What the site needs over the next few months, in priority order, with rough effort attached.
Improvements, not just repairs
A monthly allowance of development time that goes into making the site better rather than only keeping it alive.
Performance and search watched over time
Both slip gradually. Someone should be watching the trend rather than waiting for a complaint.
We deal with your other suppliers
The host, the registrar, the payment provider, the CRM.
One number to call
For anything to do with the website, whoever it turns out to belong to.
Why businesses end up here.
The setup that stops working
Most established businesses reach a point where the website really matters and is really nobody's job. There's a developer who built it and now replies in a few days, a host, an agency doing marketing, and someone in the office with the login.
What you're actually buying
Maintenance is a set of tasks done properly. Management means someone is answerable for the site doing its job, and is expected to raise things you didn't think to ask about.
What to expect
- A full review, written down
- We establish who owns what
- We clear the backlog first
Website Management is quoted, not a fixed plan. It depends on how complex the site is, what it connects to, how much monthly development time you want, and what has to be put right first. If what you actually need is the site kept running rather than moved forward, that is Website Care, at $199 a month.
Management questions.
How is this different from maintenance?
Maintenance is a set of tasks done properly and on schedule. Management means someone is responsible for the site doing its job, and raises things before they become your problem.
Do you have to host it?
No. It's simpler when we do, because there's one place to look and one company responsible.
What if we want to leave?
Then you leave. There is no long-term lock-in. Any notice period is set out in your own written agreement, and we'll hand over access and explain how the site is put together to whoever takes it on.
Website Care is the maintenance floor this is built on.
$199 per month
Hosting included. Kept updated. Watched and backed up.

Want to stop owning this?
Tell us what you have, who touches it now, and what worries you about the arrangement. That's where the review starts.
