Your new client portal account: the welcome email and first sign-in
We create your portal account for you and send an email titled "Welcome to Oogle: your client portal account is ready". To sign in the first time, go to my.oogle.net, set a password with Reset My Password if you don't have one, and sign in with your email address.
Applies to: Oogle client portal
On this page
Your Oogle client portal account is set up by our team. You don't need to register. When it's ready, you get an email with the subject "Welcome to Oogle: your client portal account is ready". Your username is the email address that message was sent to, and you choose your own password.
Check the welcome email
The welcome email comes from Oogle, from an address ending in @my.oogle.net. Links in it go to my.oogle.net. If a message claiming to be from us links somewhere else, don't use it: see How to recognize an official Oogle message.
Follow the instructions in the email. If it doesn't give you a way to set a password, use the steps below.
Set your password and sign in for the first time
- Go to https://my.oogle.net/client/login/reset/. You'll see Reset Password.
- In Username, enter the email address the welcome email was sent to.
- Select Reset Password.
- Open the email with the subject "Reset your Oogle portal password" and select the link in it.
- On Confirm Password Reset, type a new password in New Password and again in Confirm New Password.
- Select Set Password.
- Go to https://my.oogle.net/client/login/, enter your email address in Username and your new Password, then select Log In.
A short Cloudflare security check runs on the sign-in page. It usually passes on its own. If it shows a box to tick, tick it.
Choose a password you don't use anywhere else
A password manager can create and remember a long, unique password for you. Your portal account holds your billing details, so it deserves its own password.
You'll know it worked when
You land on your Dashboard, with a banner that says "Welcome back" and your first name, and the buttons Open a ticket, View invoices and View services. A brand-new account may have no invoices or tickets yet. That's normal.
Do these three things next
- Turn on two-factor authentication: Turn on two-factor authentication.
- Check your contact and billing details under Manage Account: Update your contact and billing information.
- Bookmark https://my.oogle.net/client/.
If something goes wrong
- The welcome email never arrived. Check your spam or junk folder and any "Promotions" or "Updates" tab. Search your inbox for "my.oogle.net". If it still isn't there, try Reset My Password anyway, because your account may already exist. If no reset email arrives either, call 833-336-6453 or email [email protected].
- The reset email doesn't arrive. You may have entered a different address from the one on your account. Try Forgot My Username at https://my.oogle.net/client/login/forgot/ with each address you might have given us. See Reset a forgotten password or username.
- The two passwords don't match. Type them again in New Password and Confirm New Password, carefully. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- The security check won't pass. Turn off a VPN or a strict privacy extension for a moment, or try another browser. The check needs JavaScript and cookies.
- You want a different email address as your username. Sign in first, then change it under Manage Account.
Next steps
- Get to know your client dashboard.
- Welcome to Oogle: how everything fits together.
Frequently asked questions
Can I create my own account?
No. Oogle creates every client account when a service starts. There's no sign-up form. If you think you should have an account and don't, contact us.
Will Oogle send me my password?
Use Reset My Password to choose your own. We won't ask you for your password, and you shouldn't send it to anyone.
Which email address is my username?
The one we set your account up with, normally the address the welcome email was sent to. The field is called Username, but your email address goes in it.
