Welcome to Oogle: how your account, portal, Website Care and support fit together
Your Oogle account lives in the client portal at my.oogle.net. That's where you pay invoices, see your services and open support tickets. Your website plan, Website Care or Website Care Plus, covers the hosting and upkeep, and our team makes hosting changes for you on request.

Oogle gives you one place to manage everything: the client portal at https://my.oogle.net/client/. Sign in there to pay invoices, check your services and open support tickets. The work on your website itself, hosting, updates, backups and fixes, is done by our team as part of your plan.
The pieces, and what each one is for
Your account
We create your client portal account when your service starts. There's no self sign-up. You'll get an email with the subject "Welcome to Oogle: your client portal account is ready". Your username is the email address the account was set up with. See Your new client portal account.
The client portal (my.oogle.net)
The portal is for billing and support. Once you're signed in, the menu on the left has:
- Dashboard: a summary of your services, invoices and tickets.
- Services: each plan or service on your account and its status.
- Support: your tickets, and where you open a new one.
- Billing: your invoices, ready to view, download or pay.
Under Account you'll find Manage Account, Payment Accounts, Contacts, Managers and Email History.
The portal doesn't have domain management, ordering or a hosting control panel. Those things are handled by our team, as described below.
Your plan
Most clients are on one of two monthly plans:
- Website Care is for a website you already own. It includes hosting and a CDN, updates applied and the site checked afterwards, security hardening, your security certificate kept current, backups on a schedule we confirm with you in writing, analytics, CRM & Automation, a short note each month, and two Quick Fixes a month. A Quick Fix is a small change of about fifteen minutes or less, such as a new photo, updated wording or a post you've written. Unused Quick Fixes don't roll over.
- Website Care Plus is for a website we build, redesign or rebuild for you. It adds SEO and AI search work, and has two development hours a month in place of the two Quick Fixes. The website is yours after 12 completed monthly payments.
Both plans are billed monthly in advance, with no minimum term and no setup fee. Bigger work, such as a redesign, a new feature or an integration, is quoted before it starts. Quotes appear in the portal for you to approve.
Monitoring and support
Website Care sites are monitored 24/7 from outside your network. If a monitored site goes down, we pick it up without you having to report it. Outages and hosting problems come before other work.
For everything else, open a ticket in the portal:
- Website Support for your website, Website Care, hosting or another Oogle service.
- Billing & Account for invoices, payments, payment methods or your account details.
You can also call 833-336-6453 or email [email protected]. See How to contact Oogle for which to use when.
Hosting, DNS and domains
You don't sign in to a hosting control panel. When you need a hosting change, such as a PHP version, a redirect, a restore from backup or a DNS record, open a Website Support ticket and our team makes it. Your domain stays at your own registrar and stays yours. We manage its DNS in Cloudflare once it's connected to us.
