How to contact Oogle (ticket, phone, email; what each is for)
Clients should open a support ticket in the client portal for website, hosting, billing and account questions. Call 833-336-6453 when you need to talk it through, and email [email protected] when you can't sign in or want to cancel.
Applies to: Oogle client portal
On this page
If you're a client, the best way to reach us is a support ticket in the client portal. It keeps the whole conversation in one place, links it to the right service and lets you add screenshots. Call 833-336-6453 when you'd rather talk, and email [email protected] when you can't sign in or want to cancel.

Open a support ticket
- Sign in at https://my.oogle.net/client/login/.
- Select Open a ticket on the Dashboard, or go to Support Departments.
- Choose a department:
- Website Support: "Help with your website, Website Care, hosting, or another Oogle service on your account."
- Billing & Account: "Questions about invoices, payments, payment methods, or your account details."
- Fill in Summary with a short description of the problem.
- Choose a Priority. Keep Emergency for a website that's down or seriously broken.
- For Website Support, pick the service in Related Service.
- Describe what you need in Details. Add screenshots under Attachments if they help.
- Select Open Ticket.
For more detail, see How to open a support ticket.
Phone and email
- Phone: 833-336-6453. Good for talking through a problem, or when you can't get into the portal.
- Email: [email protected]. Our only public email address. Use it to cancel a plan, or when you can't sign in. Emailing it doesn't open a ticket, so for website or billing requests, a ticket is better.
You'll know it worked when
After you select Open Ticket, the ticket appears under Support → Tickets on the Open tab, with a Ticket Number. Replies from us come by email from Support and show in the ticket. When you cancel by email, we confirm in writing.
If something goes wrong
- You can't open a ticket. Tickets need you to be signed in. If you can't sign in, see Reset a forgotten password or username, or call us.
- You can't decide on a department. Pick the closest one. Website Support for anything about your website or hosting, Billing & Account for money and account details.
- You didn't reply to a ticket and it closed. Tickets waiting on you close automatically after 3 days. Open a new ticket and mention the old ticket number.
- Your website is down. If you're on Website Care, our monitoring watches your site 24/7 from outside your network, and outages come before other work. You can still open an Emergency ticket: see Report a website that's down or broken.
Never send these
Don't put passwords, card numbers, bank details or health information in a ticket, an email or a voicemail. We won't ask for them. See What to include in a ticket, and what never to send.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a support email address?
No. [email protected] is our only public email address, and emailing it doesn't open a ticket. For website or billing help, open a ticket in the portal.
How quickly will you reply?
We don't publish response times. Outages and hosting problems come before other work, and Website Care sites are monitored 24/7, so a monitored outage is picked up without you having to report it.
I'm not a client yet. How do I get in touch?
Use the contact form at oogle.net/start-a-project, call 833-336-6453 or email [email protected]. Support tickets are for clients only.
