Where to find billing, support and hosting controls
Billing, services and support tickets are in the client portal at my.oogle.net. Hosting, DNS and domain changes aren't in the portal: our team makes them for you when you open a Website Support ticket. Canceling is by email to [email protected].

Find something step by step
- Sign in to the portal.
- Check the left menu: Dashboard, Services, Support, Billing, then the Account links.
- If it isn't there, look at the widgets on the Dashboard: Transactions and Quotations are only linked from there.
- If it's a hosting, DNS or website change, open a Website Support ticket instead.
You'll know it worked when
You reach the page you need from the menu, a Dashboard widget or one of the addresses above, or you've opened a ticket asking us to make the change.
If you can't find it
- A link takes you to Log In. Every portal page needs you to be signed in. Sign in and the link works.
- You're looking for a cancel button. There isn't one. Email [email protected].
- You still can't find it. Open a ticket and describe what you're trying to do. We'll point you to it or do it for you.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a hosting control panel or cPanel login?
Not for clients today. Our team makes hosting changes on request. Open a Website Support ticket. See How hosting changes work at Oogle today.
Why can't I find my payment history in the menu?
It isn't in the menu. Use the Transactions widget on the Dashboard, or go to https://my.oogle.net/client/transactions/.
Where do I renew my domain?
At your own registrar. Oogle doesn't register or renew domains, and the portal has no domain screens. See How domain registration, renewal and expiry work.
