The client portal keeps copies of the emails it sends you. Find them under Email History, at https://my.oogle.net/client/emails/. It's the place to look when an invoice, receipt or ticket reply went to spam or was deleted.
Open Email History
- Sign in at https://my.oogle.net/client/login/.
- Under Account in the left menu, select Email History. It's also in the account menu in the top bar.
- Find the message you're looking for in the list.
- Open it to read the copy.
Who sends portal emails
| Sender name | What it sends |
|---|---|
| Oogle Billing | Invoices and payments |
| Oogle | Your account, services and quotes |
| Support | Replies to your tickets |
All of them come from addresses ending in @my.oogle.net. Our team and website use @oogle.net, such as [email protected]. Links in an official message go to my.oogle.net or oogle.net.
Stop portal emails going to spam
Add the @my.oogle.net sender addresses to your contacts or safe senders list. If an Oogle email is in spam, mark it as not spam.
You'll know it worked when
You can see a list of emails the portal has sent you, and opening one shows its content.
If you can't find an email
- It isn't in Email History. The portal may not have sent it. Emails our team writes from @oogle.net aren't kept here. Check your own inbox, or ask in a ticket.
- It's in Email History but never reached your inbox. Check spam, junk and any filtering tabs. Make sure the email address on your account is right: see Update your contact and billing information. For wider email problems, see Email not arriving or going to spam.
- You need an invoice, not the email. Go to Billing and use Download for a PDF. See View your invoices and payment history.
- You need a ticket reply. The whole conversation is in the ticket under Support → Tickets.
Got a suspicious "Oogle" email?
If an email claims to be from the portal but has no copy in Email History, asks for a password or card details, or links somewhere other than my.oogle.net or oogle.net, don't use its links. See How to recognize an official Oogle message.
