Pay an invoice
Sign in, select Billing, find the invoice on the Open tab and select Pay. Follow Make Payment and Confirm Payment. A Thank You! page confirms it went through. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Applies to: Oogle client portal
You pay invoices in the client portal. Select Billing, find the invoice on the Open tab, and select Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and cards and bank accounts (ACH) are both accepted.
Pay an invoice
- Sign in at https://my.oogle.net/client/login/.
- Select Billing in the left menu, or View invoices on the Dashboard. You'll see your invoices at https://my.oogle.net/client/invoices/.
- On the Open tab, find the invoice you want to pay.
- Select Pay.
- On Make Payment, choose how you'd like to pay and complete the fields shown.
- Check the amount and details on Confirm Payment, then confirm.
- Wait for the Thank You! page. Don't close the page or select back while the payment is going through.
Save time next month
You can keep a card or bank account in the portal under Payment Accounts. See Add or update a card or bank account.
You'll know it worked when
- You see the Thank You! page.
- The invoice moves from the Open tab to Closed.
- The payment appears under Transactions, at https://my.oogle.net/client/transactions/, on the Approved tab.
If you open the invoice with View, the payment is listed on it.
If the payment doesn't go through
- The payment shows on Declined. Your bank or card issuer turned it down. Check the card hasn't expired and the details are right, or try a different card or bank account. If it keeps happening, contact your bank.
- The payment shows on Pending. It's still being processed. Bank account (ACH) payments in particular can take longer to clear than card payments. Check back later before paying again, so you don't pay twice.
- The invoice is still on Open after paying. Check Transactions first. If the payment is Approved but the invoice is still open, open a Billing & Account ticket and give the invoice number.
- The page stopped before Thank You!. Check Transactions before trying again, in case the payment went through.
- Your service is suspended. Paying the overdue invoice is how to lift a suspension for non-payment. If it's still suspended after you've paid, open a Billing & Account ticket. See Why a service is suspended and how to restore it.
Never send card or bank details
Don't put card numbers or bank details in a ticket, an email or a phone message. Enter them only in the portal's payment pages at my.oogle.net. Oogle will never ask you to send them any other way. See How to recognize an official Oogle message.
