SUPPORT

Something in your store is costing you orders.

Checkout failing, payments declining, carts emptying, order emails not arriving, or stock that doesn't match reality. Every hour it stays broken has a number attached.

IF ORDERS ARE FAILING NOW

Call rather than writing a long message. If you can find one failed order and note the time, the payment method and the browser, that one detail often saves hours.

Store problems we get called about.

Checkout fails, sometimes

Usually caching serving a stale cart, a gateway timing out, or a logged-out-only conflict.

Payments declining that shouldn't be

An expired API key, a fraud rule set too tight, or 3D Secure failing quietly on mobile.

The cart empties itself

Session handling, or a caching layer that doesn't know about carts.

Order confirmation emails not arriving

Almost always email delivery rather than WooCommerce. SPF, DKIM, or a host limiting mail.

Stock is wrong

Overselling, stock not coming down, or two systems disagreeing about the same product.

The store is slow at checkout

Usually a plugin running on every cart update, or a database that needs attention.

Why store problems are different.

Intermittent doesn't mean random

When a store fails for one in twenty customers, there's a pattern: a payment method, a browser, a country, a product type, a logged-out session, a cached page. Finding the shared factor comes from logs and order data, not from trying to reproduce it over and over.

Email is a separate system

Order emails not arriving is one of the most common store complaints, and it's almost never a WooCommerce bug. It's authentication records, sending reputation, or a host that limits outbound mail without telling anyone.

What to expect

  1. Place a real order and watch every stage
  2. Get the gateway's side of the story
  3. Check what's being cached

We look first, and for anything urgent we'll tell you what we're seeing as we go rather than at the end.

How we bill

Store questions.

Can you work on our store without taking it offline?

Yes. We investigate in logs, in the gateway dashboard and on a copy. Changes to the live store happen at a time you choose, with a way back.

Nobody else can reproduce the problem.

Normal for store faults, and not a dead end. Intermittent failures have patterns, and the pattern is in the data: order records, server logs, gateway attempts, cache behavior.

Can you help with a store on Shopify or another platform?

We work mainly on WooCommerce. For other platforms, tell us what's wrong and we'll say honestly whether we're the right people.

Website Care

A store that goes down at the wrong moment is a maintenance problem before it is a support one.

Store not behaving?

One failed order with a time on it is usually all we need to start looking in the right place.
