Free standard website migration

Switching to us shouldn't be the hard part. For a standard website we move everything ourselves, test it on a copy, and keep your current site up until the new one is ready, wherever that's practical. There's no setup charge for it.

Large stores, complex platform conversions, email moves, significant data cleanup and custom integrations may need a written quote first. No one can guarantee zero downtime in every hosting setup, so we plan the switch to keep it as short as possible.

Who owns the website

Website Care

It’s your existing website. The site, its domain, content and data stay yours, during the plan and after it. Cancelling never transfers anything to us, and we help you move it.

Website Care Plus

Cancel your monthly service anytime. Your new website becomes yours after 12 completed monthly payments, or sooner through an agreed buyout or advance payment.

Complete 12 payments
After 12 completed monthly payments, the website design is yours, under the agreed terms.
Buy it outright
Before then, ask for a quote to buy the design. Once the agreed buyout is paid, it's yours.
Pay the rest in advance
Pay the remaining payments up to twelve ahead of time and the design is released to you. Your agreement says how that prepaid service period, hosting and support carry on.

Cancel before then and the service ends without a penalty, but the new website's design doesn't transfer, unless you buy it out or pay the remaining payments in advance.

Pricing questions

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract on either plan. Both are month to month, with no setup fee and no fee for cancelling. You still accept our terms of service when you start, and they set out how cancelling works: tell us any time, and the service runs to the end of the month you've paid for.

Do I have to stay on Website Care Plus for 12 months?

No. You can cancel Website Care Plus at any time, with no penalty. The 12 payments are about ownership, not a minimum term: after 12 completed monthly payments the new website is yours. Cancel before then and the service ends, but the design doesn't transfer, unless you buy it out or pay the remaining payments in advance.

Can I own my Website Care Plus website sooner?

Yes, two ways. Ask us for a buyout quote, and the design is yours once the agreed amount is paid. Or pay the remaining payments up to twelve in advance and the design is released to you. Either way it's agreed in writing first, including how hosting and support carry on.

Who owns the website on Website Care?

What's the difference between Website Care and Website Care Plus?

Website Care ($199 a month) looks after the website you have: hosting, maintenance, security, backups, two Quick Fixes a month, and CRM & Automation with basic follow-ups. Website Care Plus (from $499 a month) is one plan for the whole website: a website built, redesigned or rebuilt for you, SEO and AI search optimization, managed hosting and protection, CRM with advanced follow-ups, conversion tracking with a monthly report, and two development hours a month instead of the Quick Fixes.

Is Website Care Plus only for new websites?

No. It's also for established businesses whose website is outdated, slow, broken or not bringing in work. We can design a new website, redesign the one you have, rebuild it on a modern platform, or recreate your current design with cleaner, faster code underneath. Before a rebuild we list your pages, addresses, forms and features, so nothing essential is quietly dropped.

Is moving my website to you free?

Yes, for an eligible standard website, on either plan. With Website Care, a site on Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow or Duda is rebuilt on our platform as it looks now, and a WordPress site is moved onto our hosting, with no migration or setup fee. A short, free assessment confirms it qualifies before you commit. Complex platform conversions, active online stores, email moves and custom projects are quoted in writing first. We already run ads. Will you replace our tracking?

No. We'll connect your existing tracking codes and configure supported conversion events without replacing the accounts you already use, and you keep ownership of them. Running your campaigns and the ad spend itself aren't included in the plan.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Starting either plan has no setup fee, and that includes setting up CRM & Automation. A separate project, such as migrating a large site, moving years of records or a custom integration, is quoted on its own before it starts, so you always know what's included and what isn't.

How much does a custom website cost?

Every project is different, so we don't publish a figure. Tell us what you're looking to build and we'll prepare a custom quote based on your needs. Pay once and the agreed deliverables are yours. Asking for a quote never requires a monthly plan, and Website Care is there afterward if you want it.

Do you do one-time repairs?

Yes. A broken, slow or hacked site, a migration or an integration doesn't need a plan. We look at it, tell you what's wrong and what it will cost, and start when you say so. Get website help.
